Pukamuka General Terms of Service
Version: 14 October 2026
These General Terms govern the use of the Pukamuka platform and set out the common rules for placing orders. The specific service or sale of goods is also subject to the terms applicable to that order. Pukamuka is the name of the platform and brand, not a separate legal entity.
1. Services and their names
1.1. Two principal services are available on the platform:
1.1.1. Shopping, also branded as “Adresa” or the “Adresa Service”. The Customer buys goods directly from a third-party store; the Organiser arranges receipt, warehouse handling and international delivery.
1.1.2. Personal Buyer. Pukamuka helps the Customer place an order; the designated Seller purchases the goods and sells them to the Customer at the agreed price.
1.2. Using alternative commercial names on different language versions of the platform does not create a different service, change the contracting party or affect the Customer’s rights.
1.3. Additional Services are separately requested operations, including order consolidation or splitting, exterior photographs, product photographs, video inspections, product or functionality checks, protective packaging, volume reduction, removal of original packaging, additional storage, returns and other available options. Their scope, availability, outcome, prices and time frames are displayed when an order is placed or processed.
2. Pukamuka Organiser and potential Sellers
2.1. PERSONAL BUYER LLC (Ukraine) is the Organiser of all Pukamuka services. It administers the club, website and Account, organises and coordinates orders and is the provider of the Shopping (“Adresa”) service. It may appoint other companies, warehouses, carriers and contractors to perform its organisational obligations.
2.2. Depending on the individual Personal Buyer order, the Seller of the goods may be any of the following independent legal entities:
2.2.1. SuperGlobal Sp. z o.o. — Poland; ul. Karola Miarki 18, 58-500 Jelenia Góra, Poland; KRS 0001056965; NIP 6112828434;
2.2.2. SGL Logistics & Delivery GmbH — Germany; Fürstenberger Str. 33, 15232 Frankfurt (Oder), Germany; Commercial Register: Amtsgericht Frankfurt (Oder), HRB 21790; VAT ID DE459333049;
2.2.3. SUPERGLOBAL LTD — England and Wales; Company No. 14774645; registered office: 18 Sidney Road, Twickenham, England, TW1 1JR;
2.2.4. SUPERGLOBAL LLC — Delaware, United States; registered office: 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA;
2.2.5. PERSONAL BUYER LOGISTICS S.R.L. — Romania; CUI 54614158; Trade Register number J2026029213001; EUID ROONRC.J2026029213001; registered office: Iaşi County, Municipality of Iaşi, Grigore Ureche Street No. 3, basement, Class Office Center, office no. 10, Romania.
2.3. PERSONAL BUYER LOGISTICS S.R.L. also acts as the Romanian technology operator of the Pukamuka platform. This operational role is separate from its role as Seller: the company acts as Seller only where it is expressly identified as the Seller for a particular order before contract formation and payment. Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
2.4. Each company listed above may independently enter into a contract for the sale of goods with the Customer where the transaction is lawful. Before contract formation and payment, the Customer is informed of the Seller for that specific order, including its relevant registration and contact details, the price and other material terms. The Seller receives all payments for the relevant Personal Buyer order and issues the appropriate sales documents. To procure the goods and fulfil the order, the Seller may engage suppliers, warehouses, logistics, customs and other service providers in its own name. Their involvement does not change the identity of the Seller in relation to the Customer. Internal agreements, purchase prices, margins, settlement flows and commercial terms with such parties remain confidential and do not form part of the Customer’s contract, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the Customer’s rights.
2.5. A single Account may be used for orders involving different Sellers. PERSONAL BUYER LLC, as Organiser, assumes an independent contractual obligation to the Customer to ensure the proper fulfilment of each Pukamuka order as a whole, from placement through to delivery, including procurement arrangements, warehouse handling, delivery, agreed Additional Services, the handling of complaints and performance of any agreed Pukamuka Service Guarantee. The Organiser is contractually responsible to the Customer for proper fulfilment of those obligations, including acts and omissions of the Seller, carriers, warehouses and other parties involved in fulfilling the order. The Seller remains independently liable for its contractual and statutory duties. The same loss cannot be compensated twice.
3. Who may use the platform?
3.1. The platform may be used by adults with legal capacity, sole proprietors and legal entities acting through authorised representatives. Commercial shipments, regulated goods or particular countries may be subject to additional requirements.
3.2. Customers must provide accurate information, ensure that any representative has the necessary authority, and must not use the platform for unlawful activities, fraud, sanctions violations or breaches of carrier rules.
4. Account and security
4.1. Access to an Account is provided after the club’s eligibility requirements and any necessary checks have been met. Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
4.2. Depending on the functionality available, the Account may display orders, addresses, documents, order statuses, additional payment requests, order-related accounting entries and transaction history. Any informational order balance is not a bank account, deposit, electronic wallet or means of transferring money between customers.
4.3. Where lawful grounds exist — including suspected fraud, sanctions issues, security threats or inaccurate information — access or particular operations may be temporarily restricted, without disregarding the Customer’s rights in relation to orders already paid for.
5. Placing orders and electronic acceptance
5.1. The Customer selects a service, provides product and recipient details, agrees to any Additional Services and confirms the order by an electronic action that clearly demonstrates acceptance of the relevant terms. Submitting an application to join the club is not, by itself, acceptance of a paid contract.
5.2. Before payment, the Customer is informed of the particular provider or Seller; product descriptions and quantities; price and currency; what is and is not included; the shipping cost or how it will be calculated later; potential taxes or other charges; cancellation and return arrangements; and a link to the current terms.
5.3. The platform may retain the date, time and version of the accepted terms, order number, electronic confirmation details, and relevant payment, warehouse and logistics records for contract performance and, where lawfully required or permitted, evidential purposes. Electronic records are assessed in accordance with applicable law.
6. Prices, payments and transaction documents
6.1. Payment arrangements depend on the service. For Shopping (“Adresa”), the Customer pays the overseas retailer directly for the goods and pays PERSONAL BUYER LLC for Pukamuka services, unless a different lawful arrangement is agreed before payment. For Personal Buyer, all initial and subsequent payments for a particular order are made to the single Seller identified before payment. The Seller receives the full order amount, including the goods, delivery, warehouse handling, agreed Additional Services and any selected Pukamuka Service Guarantee. PERSONAL BUYER LLC provides the Service Guarantee and is directly responsible to the Customer for performing it; its price may be included in the total order amount paid to the Seller, without a separate Customer payment to the Organiser. How the Seller procures the goods, appoints service providers and makes internal settlements in order to fulfil the order does not create any additional payment obligation for the Customer and does not change the designated Seller.
6.2. Payment may be made using the banking and payment methods available to the relevant contracting party. A payment provider is not the Seller; changing the payment method does not in itself change the contracting entity. A change of Seller requires proper documentation and the Customer’s agreement before a new payment is made.
6.3. The appropriate contracting party issues confirmations, bills and invoices and processes refunds to reflect the actual transaction and applicable law. Pukamuka does not provide money-transmission, currency-exchange, investment or customer-funds-holding services merely because payments are initiated through the platform.
7. Delivery, customs and restricted goods
7.1. Delivery, warehouse handling and customs arrangements depend on the service, country, product, agreed route and carrier requirements. Mandatory charges upon import into Ukraine are borne by the person designated by law and the relevant order, unless expressly included in the price.
7.2. International shipments may be prohibited or restricted in respect of firearms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, medicines, battery-powered items, hazardous substances, alcohol, tobacco, counterfeit goods, sanctioned goods and other regulated products. Certain categories may require approval before payment.
7.3. Services must not be used to artificially understate customs values, misdeclare goods, split consignments to circumvent legal rules or conceal the genuine Seller.
8. Returns, complaints and non-waivable rights
8.1. Cancellation, voluntary returns, refunds, product complaints and warehouse return handling are governed by the specific terms of the relevant service, the agreed order and mandatory law. Where selected, the Pukamuka Service Guarantee is a separate paid undertaking by PERSONAL BUYER LLC to the Customer in Ukraine, on terms disclosed before purchase. It does not replace the Seller’s liability for the goods or override the Customer’s non-waivable rights.
8.2. Purchasing an optional paid return service is not a precondition for exercising non-waivable rights to withdraw from a contract or obtain remedies for defective goods, non-delivery or other breaches, where those rights apply.
8.3. Complaints and enquiries may be submitted through the Account or to assistant@pukamuka.com. The Organiser is contractually responsible to the Customer for proper fulfilment of the order as a whole, and handles and resolves enquiries with the Seller and contractors as necessary. The Seller retains its own duties towards the buyer. An order number, photographs or other reasonably necessary evidence may be requested; the absence of any one document does not, in itself, remove the Customer’s non-waivable rights.
9. Personal data, intellectual property and communications
9.1. Information about personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy, cookies in the Cookie Policy, and club applications in the Private Club Rules.
9.2. The interface, content, Pukamuka marks, software and other intellectual property are used lawfully. Displaying store and brand names on the platform does not imply an official partnership with Pukamuka unless expressly stated.
9.3. Account notifications, email and other official channels may be used to fulfil orders. Customers are given access to material contractual information in a form compliant with applicable law.
10. Liability
10.1. PERSONAL BUYER LLC, as Organiser, is contractually responsible to the Customer for proper fulfilment of the Pukamuka order as a whole, including the agreed purchase arrangements, handover and delivery, Additional Services, resolution of valid claims and performance of any selected Service Guarantee. This responsibility extends to acts and omissions of parties involved in fulfilling the order within the scope of the Organiser’s undertaking. The designated Seller remains separately responsible for the sales contract, refunds and for honouring the Customer’s non-waivable rights. Nothing limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and no loss may be recovered twice.
11. Force majeure
11.1. If a force majeure event occurs, the affected party shall notify the other within a reasonable period, take available steps to mitigate its consequences and continue to meet obligations that survive under the law. A technical failure in payment processing does not, by itself, alter an existing contract.
12. Governing law, order of priority and language versions
12.1. In the event of a conflict concerning an order, its agreed specific terms and mandatory law prevail. The governing law is determined by the relevant contract and applicable mandatory conflict-of-law rules. The platform records the language and version of the terms accepted by the Customer. For services provided by the Ukrainian Organiser to Customers in Ukraine, the Ukrainian text is the base version; translations cannot diminish non-waivable rights or alter material terms actually agreed with the Customer.
13. Changes to these Terms
13.1. Updated Terms are published with their effective date. Orders already placed remain governed by the version accepted at contract formation, unless changes are validly agreed or required by law.
14. Contact details
14.1. Pukamuka Organiser and single contact point: PERSONAL BUYER LLC, Ukrainian company identification code (EDRPOU) 45849496, 40 John McCain Street, Office 241, Kyiv 01042, Ukraine; assistant@pukamuka.com. The contracting Seller or service provider for each order is identified before payment and in the order documents.
