Terms of Service — “Adresa”

These Terms constitute a public offer to enter into a service agreement under Ukrainian law by PERSONAL BUYER LLC for the “Adresa” service. Shopping and “Adresa Service” are alternative names for the same service.

Version: 14 October 2026
Service Provider: PERSONAL BUYER LLC, Ukraine, Ukrainian company identification code (EDRPOU) 45849496; 40 John McCain Street, Office 241, Kyiv 01042, Ukraine; assistant@pukamuka.com.

1. Parties, scope and acceptance

1.1. PERSONAL BUYER LLC (the “Organiser” or “Service Provider”) offers the Customer, for a fee, an international shopping and forwarding service based on a designated overseas receiving address, including: instructions for using an overseas receiving address; arrangement of receipt and identification of shipments; warehouse handling; temporary storage; Additional Services; and preparation and arrangement of international delivery to Ukraine (the “Service”).

1.2. The Customer may be an individual with legal capacity, a sole proprietor or a legal entity acting through a duly authorised representative. Commercial quantities and special categories of goods may be subject to individually agreed conditions.

1.3. The Customer accepts this offer when creating or confirming an order and agreeing to these Terms, or through another permitted electronic method clearly recording the Customer’s intention. Opening a club Account does not automatically constitute acceptance of this paid Service.

1.4. The Service Provider is the sole Organiser of Pukamuka services and may engage overseas warehouses, logistics operators, carriers, freight forwarders, customs representatives and other contractors to perform the Service. The Service Provider is responsible to the Customer for the obligations it has delegated to such parties, including their acts and omissions as though they were its own, subject to the contract and applicable law. Its internal arrangements with contractors do not require the Customer to resolve disputes with those contractors independently.

2. Goods purchased directly by the Customer

2.1. The Customer independently selects the seller or store, goods and quantities, pays the store directly and enters into the purchase contract with the store. Providing a receiving address or arranging delivery does not, by itself, make the Service Provider the Seller of the goods.

2.2. Product characteristics, purchase price, manufacturer warranties and rights to return goods to the store are governed by the Customer’s contract with the store and applicable law. The Service Provider remains responsible for properly performing its own Service.

2.3. The Customer must enter the overseas warehouse address exactly as instructed in the Account, including the individual customer or receiving code in the designated field. The warehouse address is not the Customer’s residential address and may be used only to receive shipments under the Service.

3. Order registration and shipment identification

3.1. The Customer creates an order and provides a description of the purchased goods, store, proof of purchase and the purchase price and, where known, the tracking number for delivery to the warehouse. Missing information may be added later where the interface permits.

3.2. Warehouse shipments are identified using the Customer’s code, labels, carrier details and other available records. If necessary information is missing, the Service Provider may request proof of purchase or postpone processing until ownership or entitlement to the shipment is established.

3.3. Receipt cannot be guaranteed for shipments sent to an incorrect address, without the required code, containing prohibited goods or delivered to a warehouse other than the agreed facility. Documented costs arising from the Customer’s error may be charged to the Customer as permitted by law and the agreed tariffs.

4. Receipt and warehouse operations

4.1. On physical receipt, the warehouse checks the external labelling, records receipt and the main physical characteristics. Inspection of contents, functionality, completeness and authenticity is carried out only within the scope of ordered options or necessary safety checks.

4.2. The Customer may request consolidation or splitting of shipments, protective packaging, volume reduction, removal of original boxes, exterior photos, product photos, video inspections, checks of completeness (including agreed components and accessories) or functionality, and other available Additional Services.

4.3. Consolidating several items may affect customs charges. Mandatory customs treatment is determined by the characteristics and value of the actual shipment; the Service Provider does not guarantee continued eligibility for preferential treatment after consolidation.

4.4. Packaging replacement or disposal must take product protection into account. Any relevant consequences of selecting that option must be clearly described before the Customer selects it.

5. International shipping charges

5.1. Unless an approved fixed tariff applies, the cost of international delivery to Ukraine is calculated after the order is received and processed at the warehouse, based on actual or volumetric weight, dimensions, route, product category and current applicable tariffs.

5.2. The Customer is informed of the final amount and payment deadline. Any additional charges or services not previously included are displayed separately before they are collected.

5.3. Where a store charges to deliver goods to the overseas warehouse, the Customer pays that charge to the store unless expressly agreed otherwise. Such charges are not automatically included in the international delivery tariff.

6. Payment and payee

6.1. Payment for the Service, including agreed additional charges and Additional Services, is received by PERSONAL BUYER LLC through lawful payment methods available to it. The payee’s name, amount and payment reference must correspond to this contract and the payment documents.

6.2. If an agreed payment method becomes temporarily unavailable, the Service Provider may offer another lawful method for paying for its own services. A change of Service Provider or payment to another company under that company’s own contract is permitted only following proper documentation, disclosure and, where required, the Customer’s consent. A technical payment redirect does not, by itself, change the contracting party. PERSONAL BUYER LLC remains the Organiser of Pukamuka services.

6.3. Internal Account entries are informational order records, not a bank account, wallet, deposit or money transfer service.

7. Free storage and storage charges

7.1. Once warehouse processing is complete and the Customer has been notified of the calculated shipping charge, the order is stored free of charge for 3 calendar days.

7.2. If the Customer does not make the required payment within that period, a charge of USD 1 per order for each additional calendar day applies from the fourth calendar day, or its equivalent in the payment currency at the rate stated on the invoice. If a separate additional-storage service was purchased, its agreed terms apply.

7.3. If payment has not been made within 30 calendar days of proper notice that the shipment is ready to be dispatched, the Service Provider may initiate lawful procedures for continued storage, return, transfer or disposal, with prior notice and due regard to the value and nature of the goods and the owner’s non-waivable rights. Goods are not automatically disposed of merely because 30 days have passed without following the required legal procedure.

7.4. Storage charges are reviewed fairly and in accordance with law where the delay is caused by the Service Provider or payment is impossible because of a fault in its systems.

8. Arranging international delivery

8.1. The Service Provider arranges international delivery using its own lawful capabilities or through appointed postal operators, express carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses. Engaging a contractor does not release the Service Provider from the organisational obligations it has accepted. The Service Provider does not acquire the legal status of a regulated carrier merely by arranging the Service.

8.2. The indicative route, carrier or time frame may change for objective reasons; the Customer will be notified within a reasonable time. Any guaranteed delivery date is specified separately.

8.3. The Customer confirms the correct Ukrainian delivery address, telephone number and recipient details, provides required customs documents and accepts delivery in accordance with the agreed procedure.

9. Customs matters

9.1. Ukrainian import taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage charges and other mandatory payments are paid by the person designated by law and the terms of the specific shipment. Where not included in the price, this is disclosed before confirmation.

9.2. The Customer provides accurate product and purchase-value information. The Service Provider does not issue knowingly inaccurate invoices or guarantee preferential tax treatment.

10. Prohibited and restricted goods

10.1. Goods prohibited from import, export, transport or storage are not accepted, including firearms, hazardous substances, narcotics, counterfeit goods, certain medicines, excisable goods, products containing batteries or otherwise subject to battery-related transport restrictions and other categories listed on the current website restrictions list.

10.2. Prior approval is required for goods subject to special conditions. Where prohibited contents are discovered, lawful refusal, return or notification to the competent authorities may follow.

11. Pukamuka Service Guarantee

11.1. PERSONAL BUYER LLC (Ukraine) is the provider of the Pukamuka Service Guarantee to Customers in Ukraine, in its capacity as Organiser and Adresa Service Provider. The guarantee is offered only as a separate, voluntary paid option. Before purchase, the Customer is informed of the price calculation basis (including where a 3% rate applies), the covered events, when any time period starts, the maximum amount and method of compensation, evidence requirements, exclusions and how to make a claim. The contractual guarantee takes effect only once the Customer has expressly selected and accepted its terms.

11.2. Where expressly agreed, the Service Guarantee may provide for separate contractual compensation payable by the Organiser if an order is lost, totally destroyed or damaged beyond use, or its agreed international delivery period is exceeded by more than 30 working days. The agreed guarantee terms specify how an event is established and how compensation and its limits are calculated. The guarantee does not, of itself, alter any statutory obligations of the carrier, retailer or other parties.

11.3. The Service Guarantee is a separate contractual undertaking by PERSONAL BUYER LLC in relation to a Customer’s order in Ukraine. Not purchasing the optional guarantee does not remove the Service Provider’s liability for improper performance or any other non-waivable rights of the Customer. The legal nature of the guarantee depends on its actual substance and applicable Ukrainian law, not solely on its name.

12. Returning goods to the store

12.1. The Customer may order a separate service to return goods to the store while they remain available at the warehouse in the country of purchase, subject to the store’s return time limits and policies and applicable law.

12.2. The price of the return service, return shipping, packaging and other agreed operations is disclosed before performance. Purchasing this service does not guarantee that the store will accept the return.

12.3. The Customer’s statutory rights arising from the Service Provider’s failure to properly perform its own Service do not depend on purchasing an optional return service.

13. Complaints and liability

13.1. Complaints about receipt, warehouse handling, loss, incorrect identification, packaging, delivery or incorrect billing should be submitted to the Service Provider through the Account or customer support.

13.2. An investigation may require an order number, photographs, proof of purchase, store information or a carrier damage report. The absence of a particular piece of evidence does not remove statutory rights where the facts can be established by other means.

13.3. The Service Provider is responsible to the Customer for properly fulfilling its obligations concerning receipt, processing, arranging storage and international delivery, including the acts and omissions of persons engaged to perform those obligations as though they were its own, to the extent required by applicable law. The Customer may submit a claim directly to Pukamuka; the Service Provider handles its relationship with the contractor separately. Force majeure clauses do not automatically remove the obligation to refund payments for services not actually provided.

14. Personal data and electronic records

14.1. The Service Provider processes Customer data to enter into and perform the contract, identify shipments, arrange delivery, process payments, complete customs formalities and address claims. Necessary data may be shared with warehouses, carriers, customs brokers and technology providers subject to appropriate safeguards.

14.2. Order history, electronic acceptance, receipts, warehouse data, tracking records and correspondence may serve as evidence, subject to privacy requirements and the Customer’s right to access relevant documentation.

15. Business orders

15.1. If goods are imported for business purposes, the Customer must notify the Service Provider in advance. Different routes, documentation, import procedures and tariffs may apply.

15.2. Separate B2B agreements may be entered into with sole proprietors and companies, including arrangements for customs clearance of commercial shipments and liability.

16. Contract term and amendments

16.1. The contract remains in effect during the performance of the individual order and settlement of outstanding amounts. Amendments affecting future orders are published with an effective date; existing orders may not be changed unilaterally contrary to law.

17. Governing law and disputes

17.1. Ukrainian law applies, subject to mandatory conflict-of-laws, consumer protection and international legal rules. Disputes may first be referred to customer support without restricting the right to court proceedings or other lawful remedies.
